We are incredibly thankful for Omni agency and the support they have provided our family. Not only do they walk alongside us throughout our foster journey, but we were also able to adopt one of our foster teens. The entire adoption process was clearly explained, and we were supported every step of the way. The staff is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly invested in the well-being of both the children and the families they serve. We couldn’t have asked for a better team.
If I could give negative stars, I would 1000%! From a counselor trying to butt in and tell my son he's adopted, while he's already having MH issues at only 8 yrs old, to no call or text backs, they rescheduled appointments while child was in crisis, not being able to get appts for weeks out when the child is in crisis, medds not working and no support from med providers and especially schedulers, it was a total crap show from the rip. DEFINITELY MORE HARM THAN GOOD CAME FROM THEM!!!!
These foster care systems are so screwed up. No one wants to actually take the time to meet with foster parents to open their home, instead they want to do everything on Zoom. If they cant speak with me in person and know about our life style instead of telling someone then im not interested.
I was a foster mother in 2015 and fostered 3 different girls at separate times. One of the girls had serious behavioral problems and they came right away and were very supportive. I enjoyed fostering the children they sent me. I would still be working with them if I lived in Tennessee. I had wanted to adopt one of the girls but someone else applied for her first. Now I applied to foster in the state I moved to. Very nice agency, helpful and supportive with anything you need.
