Dealing with Omni was the absolute worse experience I have ever had renting. Lacy is a nightmare to deal with. Upon moving in we noticed the thermostats did not work, which means if you turned it on to a temperature the apartment would just continue to heat and would never shut off. We put in a work order to have them fixed, not only did they not fix it but the maintenance man told my girlfriend to Google how heat works. Omni filed an eviction with Shelby county after my daughter moved out and di not inform her of any court date or anything. The lease was not even with Omni, We called and they said that we need to call thier lawyer. We called thier lawyer and they tell us that we need to call Omni property management. We called Omni again they said that we need to call thier lawyer and so on!!! Not helpfull at all!!! We have 3 rental homes and would never use Omni!!! I would strongly suggest Renshaw Property Management!!
Threatening to take me to court because my AC broke down during the hottest month of the year and I’m temporarily using a window unit to make it through the season until I can afford repairs. Omni Indiana is a joke. They’d rather keep uniformity among properties than allow me to cool my home and keep my children comfortable this summer. Can’t wait to move!
