Staff was so nice and such a beautiful place! My youngest son loved the water slides and the life guards could not have been any nicer. Those guys were so great!
We stayed for a girls trip this weekend, and your staff was remarkable! Every employee, from the groundskeeper to the spa massage therapist was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were gorgeous and we had a beautiful dinner at Blue Fire. I wanted to make special mention of our waiter for brunch on Sunday morning, Oscar. What a kind, friendly and professional man! Resort itself beautiful and we'll kept Staff very friendly. Gym in site very nice, top quality. My room was clean. Parking very pricey- $18/day for self parking which is fairly far from most rooms. $25/day for valet. With $350/night, free valet should be included or at least free self parking. I had very poor cell service, room WiFi was $30+/day. Again, would expect free wifi. Most places I stay have free water and good coffee for their guests. Both $3.50 here. We consider this resort our summer house as we love to come to this resort and their Palm Springs resorts, Rancho Las Palmas. The staff is always friendly and the kids cry when it's time to go home.
