Dr. Ho was assigned to me for my severe nose bleed at Holmes Regional Med. Center. Dr. HO showed up 9 hours after I was admitted spent two minutes lookup up my nose and left. Dr. Ho is an insult to the medical industry. I believe he is totally incompetent in a serious nose bleed situation.
Thank you so much to Dr. Ho and his staff! They are amazing! Always courteous and professional! Dr. Ho does an amazing job explaining his diagnosis and what needs to be done. He is very realistic about what to expect. He did surgery on my sinuses and deviated septum a month ago and it turned out even better than I thought it would! His office is also handling my allergy treatment which I just started and I couldn't be happier. HIGHLY Recommend this Dr!
I have been going to Dr. Ho for almost 2 years and am very satisfied with him and his staff! I had surgery for a deviated septum with a bone spur about a year and a half ago. Dr. Ho did the surgery and it went very well. I used to get sinus infections every couple of months and since the surgery I have only had 1 sinus infection. The surgery has changed my life for the better!
Worst drs office I ever went to we were 6 minutes late because the road we took had a sinkhole and we were detoured when we got there we filled out the paper work and when we handed it in the nasty lady at the desk said you’ll have to. One back Monday after you filled out the paper work your 15 minutes late we don’t see you now we left told her to shred our paper work called my insurance company and they will make note of it said we weren’t first to complain didn’t want to give any stars
Bedside manner is wonderful. Very kind and puts you at ease
Dr Ho seems to be very friendly but provides little help with my issues. Twice I went for my appointment he left the office to check on something and never returned?? He has been no help for either of my issues.
It's awesome to have an appointment canceled on you without notice and a staff that gives two sh&ts about you. Find some other ENT.
Have nose bleeds, done probe, test of nasal CT scan) a-nothing found-went back for reults, wanted to speak of nasal drainage-I was told we deal with one thing at time, I pay 40 co pay-spent 120. and was told not treating for allergy mucus, was told -he could recommend a specialist and put my nose bleeds on hold, not good to pay all that and have to come back for something else-Dr , should as a ENT -put all this special knowledge they have and ck all, would not even ck ears, I not happy.
