Staff need training on how to conduct themselves. Ho is hard to understand.
Thorough explanation of all options
Dr Ho is incompetent and does not listen to his patients. He is very rude and has no bedside manor. I would not recommend him.
Dr. Ho really took his time with me discussing options regarding my ear. He really listened to my complaints/symptoms and together we made the right decision. His staff was quite friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Ho
He cut my appointment short since I had my appt. right after my husband. He didn't offer me any alternative ways to solve my problem and I'm still plagued with ear problems that I've had for over a year.

Dr Ho was very friendly, I believe he is incompetent in the treatment of ear complications. I was seen by him for almost two years for dizziness, fluid draining from my ear. As a registered nurse I asked him if he thought it was cerebrospinal fluid he laughed and said no. He drained the fluid and inserted a tube several. Thank God I insisted that he send the fluid to the lab. The report showed CSF fluid, he sent me a referral letter stating no surgeon in this area does that surgery and left a message on my phone by his nurse... read more
The best ENT doctor we have ever gone to. Patient and explains things well. Makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of
His staff/secretary can be rather short and gruff, but I have not had any issues with Dr. Ho. He placed a tube in my ear. No problems.
