I told these people when I started that therapy is not helpful to me, it is in fact extremely hurtful. They kept pushing for it anyway saying I can't get medication without therapy. Now I wish my father was alive so I could beat him to death, given up on religion, and I resent my elderly mother. Does that sound like therapy to you?
