We come to the Omni every year to celebrate our son's birthday. From the moment of check-in; Sharon went above and beyond creating a truly special experience for our birthday celebration stay. Our dining reservation will be one to remember with the high level of execution delivered from our server and we greatly appreciate the special attention to detail shown by F&B Director Michael. Highly recommended hotel. Teresa, supervisor in room service is 100000% awesome. her undivided customer service is beyond expectation. The housekeepers & my crazy early morning wake up calls the operators are fabulous! I absolutely love Omni's overall experience. THANK YOU.
We’ve been coming to the Omni for over 14 years with our twin boys. The costumer service is great. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice and clean. The boys look forward to getting their cookies and milk before bedtime. The Omni is a home away from home for the Colussi Family. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We recommend the hotel to our family and friends. Best Hotel in Florida!!!
So we are still enjoying our stay, but I just had to give a shoutout to the Omni’s incredible service... and yet another reason why we never hesitate to stay at an Omni hotel when traveling. We decided to stay in the Sunset Lodge in a studio suite, and I happened to notice a day or two before we travelled down that the website states they include a Plum wine dispenser in the room.
