The hotel and its amenities are beautiful, and it’s been our favorite spot to get away for the weekend for several years. Over the years the prices have gone up, and the little extras such as free soft drinks at the bars, free morning room service and other previous offers have disappeared. Room rates are advertised at a certain price, but there are numerous other fees tacked on as well. Great Resort. Kids loved the lazy river, wave pool and the rest of the pool area. They enjoyed the flatbread pizza from Trevi’s by the pool at lunch. We played basketball and we got to see the awesome fireworks twice. The Deli make great sandwiches and ice cream. One thing I can’t recommend is the Expedia service at the hotel! Lousy service and we paid more then 20 dollars more per Disney World pass, then at the gate. Thats not a so called service and transportation expert, in my mind. Had difficult time checking in very expensive
You can stay in this hotel and won't need to leave ever for anything. They have 2 amazing restaurants, huge pools and outdoor activities. Golf course. Kids camp. Etc.

Everything! Customer service is outstanding! Definitely more than 5 stars! Facilities are awesome and staff is beyond awesome!
