RecommendedOur absolute favorite place to stay while in town for lacrosse tournaments. Great location, close to all things Disney and if you just want to stay on the property there have fantastic pools, lazy river, etc. We have been coming for years. Big Omni Champions Gate fans.
Excellent place and wonderful staff.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel. We have had cold water all weekend. It took forever to talk to a manager, they couldn’t fix the water or put us in another room. We told them about the issue at 7:15 in the morning, it was 10pm before we spoke with the manager & we were told there’s nothing they could do. The entire situation was poorly handled.
The service was first class! The course was in pristine shape! We cannot wait to return and visit you again Chris Roung

We’ve stayed at just about every resort in the area and the Omni has the best customer service hands down! We’ve stayed four days and every single person we’ve come into contact with has gone above and beyond to be helpful and polite. I’m really so impressed with how amazing the staff is here , whatever you guys are doing to get and keep staff like this don’t stop ! Oh and the pools and hotel itself are beautiful !
