RecommendedI want to recommend Omni Championsgate if you are looking for a fantastic weekend get away. My family loves lazy rivers, so we often go to Bonnet Creek or Marriott etc. This year I was looking to stay at one of those or someplace else in Orlando. I found Championsgate and it was cheaper than any of the others. It was also better than any of those. First the service is the best I ever had at a resort. Great get away, beautiful grounds, golf, swimming, lazy river, good food and fun.
Staycation success! Four pools AND a lazy river cannot be beat! Lots of water fun and Saturday night fireworks too! Everyone was so friendly the whole time we were there from check in thru check out.
ChampionsGate is more than a golf course, hotel and conference center. This is a town with homes, grocery store, shopping centers,a McDonalds and more. Lovely.
We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa and it was really nice!
Don’t be fooled by the lazy river. The amenities provide great leisure for adults and families, with a pool side grill and great margaritas. However, after staying in the resort hotel I am covered with bed bug bites. When calling and being told “ the test was negative”, I requested the report from the pest control service that they hired for tests.
