Had a great time. Beautiful place. Enjoyed everything. Water park for the kids is so much fun.
Staying at the hotel now. All has been decent thus far... staff is friendly!! Boys were upset the didn’t get their milk and cookies.. but no biggie. Tried to get to sleep at 11:30 but people were having a get-together on the balcony and outside my room next door... when I finally get to bed, I’m woken up by the toilet... I’ve been up since 1:30. Got charged twice! Priceline and Omni!
The amenities and the staff are excellent! This is always my kids first choice!
Decided to give this beautiful hotel another chance this weekend and they couldn’t have made my more happier. Their amenities are top notch and my son was beyond thrilled with the pools and slides. They brought us a basket of snacks for the issue from the previous weekend and made my son feel like a little prince. Next year we hope to stay longer while visiting Orlando’s water parks. Thanks a million Omni it was a great time. Your service and grounds are impeccable, peaceful, and absolutely gorgeous!

One of our favorite hotels! Our boys love to play B.B. in the pool and we love the lazy river! Great price when we stayed this time also!
Everyone was friendly but they didn’t have near enough staff to accommodate everyone I had to wait over an hour to get a drink , we couldn’t get reservations for the restaurant and a day later I’m still waiting on a bucket of ice their machines were broken so had to call front desk never did get it. Won’t be back
Great staff, pools are super, rooms are comfy and nice.
