The trainers are not just friends but family. They encourage you to push yourself and reach your fitness goals and they are alongside every step of the way. I would recommend this gym to anyone. It's extremely clean and they have great equipment �
I had the pleasure of doing the 7am Strength and Conditioning class this morning with Aldrin and pretty much got annihilated but I enjoyed every minute of it! Just when I thought I was in pretty good shape, I was put through some really challenging exercises that focused on my strength training, balance, agility and coordination and they all left my muscles feeling shaky.
