The trainers all genuinely care and have your back and the other members are there to push you towards your goals as they fight alongside you. 6 Week Challenge included a personalized meal plan and an accountability coach who has your back the whole time!
5 years ago, I had previously trained with the owner, Ian Omalza, before he had his own gym. I always loved his up beat personality. He pushes you hard and so does his new gym. I did the 6 week challenge after being on a long hiatus from working out and eating good. It was time for a new routine and I’m glad that I completed his 6 week challenge. Omalza Fitness, best gym in town! I previously trained with Ian Omalza before he had his own gym, and obtained amazing results. Omalza Fitness has been a life changing experience. I did the 6 week challenge and the staff here was encouraging, informative, and positive through the entire challenge. The trainers are all qualified, and they certainly pushed me to my limits every day. It all starts from the top though, Ian is one of the nicest people you’ll meet, and the entire attitude of the gym is a direct reflection of him. Highly recommended!!
AMAZING PLACE! I just finished my 6 week challenge and couldn't be happier. They provided a meal plan, accountability coach, and of course a great environment to workout in. The classes that are provided are amazing and so diverse that they never get boring. Every single person that you interact with are so supportive and give you that push that is needed to achieve your goals. Overall, this is definitely the place to start your fitness goals! LOVE this place!
One of my girlfriends did 6 week challenge at this gym and her results were amazing! I decided to try it out for myself. I was kind of nervous getting into it, but as soon as I stepped into the gym and went to my first class, I had a good time. All positive vibes and great atmosphere. I just finished the challenge and lost 8.1% body fat. The classes were challenging, but following the diet and meal plan was more challenging. The coaches were great and always there to help if you had any questions�
Just finished my 6 week challenge. It has easily been the best thing Ive done for myself in a long time. Over all i lost 8lbs, 7.5% body fat and put on almost 6lbs of muscle. The classes are challenging, even 6 weeks Im finishing some of the classes feeling dead. The coaches are amazing and really took their time to teach me not just the workouts but the nutrition aspect of it. Special thanks to Sean and Delmar for really pushing me.
