I just completed the last six week challenge and I can't thank the coaches and staff enough for the motivation and support throughout it all. It's been a journey and this is only the beginning, but the staff are so knowledgable. After reaching my goal, I plan to continue taking classes and start personal training. I'm very exciting to continue training at Omalza Fitness.
I only have positive things to say about Omalza Fitness! I signed up for the "6 Week Challenge" they hosted and it ended up being one of the best things I've ever done in my life. I ended up dropping 9.2% body fat and gaining 4.2 pounds of muscle in just 6 weeks! The staff and trainers at Omalza Fitness are very knowledgeable, reliable, and easygoing. I’m been coming to Omalza for almost a year now and love it. I first started with unlimited group classes, then did Personal training with Ian and most recently the 6 week fitness challenge. I learned the most about how my body changes with proper nutrition and regular classes in these past 6 weeks.
