RecommendedJust finished my Six Week Challenge with Omalza Fitness! This was by far the best experience to get back into a fitness routine. They provide you with a personal meal plan, accountability coach, and ALL the workouts will kick your butt. The trainers are very knowledgeable and everyone pushes each other during the workouts. I’m extremely happy with the progress I’ve made and looking forward to starting some personal training and continuing to reach my goals.
Love this gym! All of the trainers are amazing and focused on helping you achieve your goal. Even when classes are full, you get treated as if it were a one-on-one session. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to better themselves inside and out :)
Great gym, great trainers, and great vibe! But don't be fooled - you will get your butt kicked no matter what class you choose to take or which trainer you work with! They have a variety of the best equipment and fitness classes to choose from to keep it interesting and fun. Top notch coaching, and all around top notch training facility.
Great gym...happy I found it!
Completed the 6 week challenge and I have to say the classes were intense. I need that push and got to my goal lost 6.6% body fat with just 3 classes a week. The team was on it with the workouts and I would definitely recommend this gym and the program for anyone that needs that push. Classes at all times of the day so no excuses. Will definitely be going back. Thank you Olmaza!
