My session with Yamuna Devi was truly a wonderful experience. She was so very gentle. Her slow and deliberate touch was just what I needed. I was able to connect with my inner healer. I love that it was not rushed. She was very calm, and sweet, took her time, and I felt that I was given the attention I needed. Best experience I have had when dealing with tough situations. I came with an open mind into this process and with every session I have learned more and more about myself and my new journey. This experience has only taught me to accept my feelings, love myself through it all, and learn to manage my emotions in multiple ways. I will forever be grateful for this experience.
I definitely recommend this practice I wish I had known about it before. Yamuna is an amazing practitioner and learning about Ayurvedic practices is something I recommend to everyone. Your body is yours and connecting with self is where your true healing lies.
