Mice, cockroach, silverfish infested. I wish i could leave a zero star review. Gaslighting rude workers. Illegally asked for and kept last months rent wouldn’t give back. Stay away. They take advantage of you and are constantly plotting against you. All they care about is money. The entire time i lived there it was hell.

If I could give a zero rating I would this company is so shady and unprofessional.i have rented from them14 years and my superintendent Mildred Duffy is verbal abusive to tenants and ease-drops on tenants private conversations and records them and Olympus knows she is doing these things and has no problem with this .I guess these are the types of people that Seymour, Marina and Billy want working for them. Can’t wait to moved out of 28 Frederick Avenue
