DISHONEST. DISHONEST. DISHONEST. This business obviously does not answer any reviews or complaints anymore since they receive so much negative fanfare. Looking at the reviews it is apparent that other people have been hoodwinked by the three month free trial offer, only to be charged immediately and locked into a two-year contract! I am surprised that this business has been around for 15 years. The F rating is well-deserved!

The gym's procedure on cancelling a membership is horrible. My husband and I have gone into several gyms to cancel it and was told various things, like only a manager could cancel it and it had to be done in person. No matter what time of day it was a manager was never available. We did have an employee tell us he would put in the request and the manager would come in later to cancel it. That never happened.
