I have been to Olympus for years. This gym is the best in Middle TN, they have the best equipments and amenities in the area. I went to ***** and did not like it so I just came back to this gym. Definitely recommend!

Great gym for anyone however far along their fitness journey they are. Also provides a curtained safe place for females to work out without worrying about who may be watching. 10/10 best gym in murfreesboro

I been coming here for four years and i always feel motivated, always get a good workout. They run videos of pro body builders working out which is major motivation. Plus pro body builders that work out here makes me feel like I'm at the right place. And that's real. Andre
