RecommendedI moved in on 02/24 and have been very happy with the support and response from the staff, especially during this crazy COVID-19 Times. Thanks for being so understanding and supportive with our community. Cannot wait for the new normal to kick in and experience all of our amenities to the fullest! P.S. Miss our fitness center so much!
First off, let me say our unit is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We have a corner unit, and I love the extended balcony and our unit finishes. HOWEVER, this community is not secure. There’s crime happening all around the area (I know, that’s life in the city) but there’s constantly safety concerns. There’s a exterior door by the parking garage on Roseland that’s ALWAYS open. RecommendedThe office staff rocks and they are so helpful. The maintenance guys and cleaning crew are always so friendly in the hallways. -They all make this place feel like a clean great home! Also, Our apartment is beautiful and we love living here!
I’ve already given my home (Anatole) 5 Star as you can read in my previous review. But to update, the staff really does go all out to promote “community” and I’m sad when so few show up to their events. I understand the “oilfield” climate changes Midland overnight. I’ve been here for highs and lows since they opened and I don’t benefit from the oilfield being a school therapist but know first hand how hard this staff strives to offer events to promote the community so PLEASE COME OUT!! They could improve By treating their residents Like customers. Their front lawn is beautiful but the residents are living in a mud pit. They told me this is a business which is all well and good. If I treated my customers like they do I would go out of business. But it seams that once you sign on the dotted line they don't have to be accommodating which is sad because My wife and I love it here.
