Save yourself pain and suffering and go somewhere else. They left me in the waiting room in excruciating pain for over 4 hours before offering a lidocaine patch...which I knew wasn't going to help as I had already tried lidocaine at home. If your going to be left to suffer you might as well be at home.
My OB team has been great and no problems there. The problem I did have was waiting 30 min after my check in to be seen and my appointment had already been pushed back 15 min. The lab was then a 45 min wait while they tried to figure out what the order was for. This lead me to miss an additional appointment I had scheduled elsewhere. Again, the team had been great, just a loss in time management.
This is absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been to. Not only did they give my mother poor care and basically led to her death, but they neglected my sister who is now in an extremely dangerous situation needing surgery at Swedish Medical Center. As far as I go, they sent me home with a bottle of laxatives when in fact, I have extremely bad GERD and a condition called CVS. You can look it up. I've been bedbound for a couple months.
