Will not stay there again . Very run down and dirty. Not worth the price at all
Made plans with my boys to swim all day for an end of summer treat. Lunch by the outdoor swimming pool. It's closed due to weather! Only a 1% chance of rain. What in the world!?? I'm just glad I called ahead.
Our room was dirty, smelly, and outdated. There were cobwebs all around the room with actual living spiders. Wonderful place in the 1970's. We asked for more tissues and were told the hotel was out of them. When we called the front desk at 9:00 p.m. it rang many times before someone answered. He told us the phone must have been on mute. What?
DO NOT STAY HERE. BED BUG BITES ALL OVER MY BODY. CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES NO RESPONSE. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLY OUT DATED AND RUDE!!
I was honestly a bit worried due to some of the reviews on here. But I gotta say, I was quite impressed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice...bed was comfortable, sheets were nice and clean. The towels in the bathroom were very nice and fluffy....actually were a bit better than some hotels I've stayed at. You can tell it is an older resort....could use minor updating. Maybe new carpet in the rooms, little touch up paint (some nail holes where it looked like pictures were hanging....) ... read more
The accomodations are wonderful !!�����Splendid service !
Not what I expected. There are some snotty Chic's in the spa & pool area. Room wasn't cleaned right.
