Every Time I have been there, the staff (especially new staff) bend over backwards to make me feel apreciated. The bar is amazing. New Bartender's work really hard at customer service satisfaction! I would eat their all you can eat fish fry any day! Olympia is a very old building but it's beautiful!
after seeing all these negative ratings from 2016 2015,I don't know if they sold it but we were very happy staying at this hotel,rooms were nice and big and clean,we were on the third floor witch are room looked renovated nice,hallway carpet was one and beat down,but maybe the next step to replace,friends stayed on 2nd floor,no complaints, all and all would I go back? in heart beat ,!!!!!!!!!!
The resort was fine. Wish hot tub was opened later then 8:00 pm we thought we were going to relax in it and it was close. The pool walls need to be fixed and updated. And the befit was not very good
The air conditioning was too cold. No lights outside convention center.
This place was probably really nice in 1975! It needs a lot of updates and repairs. The bed was nice. Room was clean. Food was decent. And the staff was very friendly. But the building is in very rough shape.
We go to check in they told us your room is not ready. Ok but you said check is is at 3:00 it 3:15 We can't check u in. Well I have a wedding I got laughed at well there is a lot of wedding How rude is that
