I was overcharged for my room. Went to the front desk to correct the problem. I was told there is nothing that can be done. Manager was "on break" and refused to come hear the problem even though she was close enough to overhear the problem. Shower was cold water. Plaster falling from the ceiling. Thermostat was so old that you couldn't regulate the temperature. Its either too cold or too hot. Shit hole. Reserved King sz 3 mos ago & got stuck on 4th floor apt with a full size bed. Reeked of smoke entire visit!!! Apparently don't enforce no smoking policy.
Room smelled musty, fridge stunk like sour milk. The whole building was freezing.
No microwave in room, no fan in bathroom, extension cord used for bedside lights so no extra plug in by night stand, long waiting line to check in ( some people 45 min.)
They charged me for smoking in my room when I never did then said well see what we can do psshhhh this place will try to get every dime they can out of you suggest rooming some place else
It's understandable that they have a 48 hr cancellation policy but what if you have an emergency situation after the 48hr window? Like, let's say the day of check in? You can't control everything that pops up in life! They don't care and will still charge you. Heartless and very rude and cold customer service and management. NEVER staying there or making reservations there again. Terrible people skills and no compassion.
