My stay was for 4 nights and they charged me for an extra night after I changed my reservation multiple times. I will never stay there again!

There was remnants of food and what looked like an Advil along with Bottle cork under the bed. Room service messed you order, breakfast was cold and server kinda rude, like i interrupted her. Sad start to my birthday.
It was good. Was there for winter warmer. They did a decent job of putting us up for 2 days. The spa was a hidden treasure. It did seem Like a hotel past its prime. But hopeful.
False information at booking as far as fees, was told my three rooms had a patio, none actually do, and they can't do anything about it. Unimpressed to say the least.
I truly think this may be the worst hotel I've ever been to. There's mold in the shower, stains on the sink, a disgusting, smelly refrigerator, and I have a rash from the sheets on the bed.
