I’ve seen Dr. Sutton multiple times, and recommend her highly. She is professional and listens carefully to me, and I believe fully understands the symptoms I’ve described. Her staff is wonderful.
Wait time is nothing to brag about. However, Dr. Yallourakis has been great! If you are looking for a doctor who will ask about your family and give you a hug, he is not for you. He is cordial however, and always friendly to me. He is very professional. He is intelligent and knows his stuff. He performed a sinus lift and extraction. It went fantastic. Then he performed an implant. No problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend Dr. Yallourakis.
I love Dr Coppola! My family has been seeing him for years. The only reason I put up with a bad office staff is because he is so great. It seems they have a very hard time following through with things, which happens time and time again. Recently made an appointment for a Colonoscopy - scheduled it a month out. It is now 3 weeks later, and I haven't received my prescription for my prep, nor have I received my instructions. Around covid I contracted an antibiotic resistant bacteria from a nursing home. First treatment was through an emergency room who failed to test me. A family friend referred me to Dr. Wenger who seemed knowledgeable enough and I felt comfortable going through the colonoscopy. He told my family that there was no signs of infection but small patches were present which he believed to be crohns. Dr. Odumosu is one of my favorite physicians. I truly enjoy my visits when I see her. I feel like I am apart of my care and not just receiving care. She responds to My Chart messages in a timely manner and ensures I fully understand my care plan.
All services provided were accurate and professional, wait time was minimal, and all staff were courteous.
Old dressings are left on, a sore was caused from drainage tubes with no help in aftercare, physical therapist didn’t show up for appointment. Once surgery is over, you’re on your own. There is very little guidance or medical follow up.
Excellent visit with PCP
I’m very disappointed in my most recent experience with Dr Le’s office staff, GI Alliance & TDDC. I’ve had good experiences with Dr Le in 2 previous colonoscopies. It changed this visit. I was promised one thing on the phone when making an appointment. Paid $182 for the pre appointment before getting different news at the appointment. I tried working with the office manager, Esmeralda, but she ignored the issue. I feel duped. I will never do business with GI Alliance, Dr Le or TDDC EVER AGAIN!
