The worst doctor ever. As part of the Shell program, we had to choose this location for our annual check up. Dr. Olutobi was our doctor. First of all despite arriving at the location 60 minutes earlier, I got visited 120 minutes later (60 min late from my appointment despite being the first in the office). She even didn’t apologize for keeping me waiting for that long. When I asked whether she can send a refill for my medication after checking the blood test, she said I have to pay extra for the refill!!!! What?!!! I paid an... read more
Dr. Toni is on top of her game! Very knowledgable, friendly and personable. I would highly recommend her as a great family practice physician.
I had my annual physical and was automatically referred me to a cardiologist even though my blood pressure and cholesterol was and always has been low. I had not been experiencing any chest pains but was refereed out simply because I was overweight. The Cardiologist told me I was fine and no testing was needed. On my return scheduled visit with Dr. Odumosu, she refused to see me and told by the receptionist to find another doctor within seconds of my appt. without any explanation. Unprofessional
I've been Dr. Odumosu's patient for about a year and a half. I have received wonderful, appropriate care at her clinic. I found her thorough and competent. Due to my age, my previous PCP refused to perform certain exams like a PAP. Dr. Odumosu believes in managing the "whole" person which I am grateful for with my history of cancer in my 20's. The staff is friendly and welcoming with little wait time. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new PCP to give her the opportunity to serve you.
Contrary to the Memorial Hermann Cypress website, Dr. Toni is not capable/allowed to manage medical patients with advanced conditions and cannot provide care directly herself. If you are elderly and Medicare patient, don't waste your time, as her only option is to send you away to specialists vs. treating you herself--yet she bills Medicare 100% . Her office is mandated by policies that do not benefit the patient. She's young and has a lot to learn about bedside manner and general compassion.
I saw Dr Odumosu for a cholesterol medication follow up from a different Doctor. I was instructed to get a liver function test after 3 months. I explained to Dr Odumosu my concerns about unnecessary testing as I didn’t want to bear the cost of these expenses. Only a liver function test was requested. Long story short, Odumosu ordered many unneeded tests against my consent and billed me for them. When questioned she said as my doctor it was her right to order any test she feels necessary.
I will recommend Dr. Toni Odumosu to anyone that needs a great doctor.
Dr. Toni and her staff always provide exceptional customer service. The clinic staff is welcoming and professional. Wait time is minimal. Dr. Toni is very personable. It is evident the staff truly enjoys the work, environment and helping patients. Joy is in the air!
"Dr, Toni is knowledgeable as well as a good listener. As another plus, she knows insurance and what s covered and what is not on my insurance plan. She is warm and friendly and focuses on your needs I a very reassuring way. I feel very confident going to her.
