I was seen by Dr. Sunder following an ER visit after a heart-related event. Went to Memorial Hermann because it was closer than Methodist, so saw her rather than my own cardiologist. I am sure she is a good physician, but has poor bedside manner with new hospital admissions who aren't her existing patients (probably because she knew I already had a cardiologist in the Texas Medical Center and would not continue as her patient). Her staff that schedules appointments, were very condescending and rude. I was referred to her office, but the representative by the name of TWILIA , wouldn't pre-schedule an opening for my mother to be seen with asking me to give her insurance information FIRST, before she opens Dr. Talati schedule, and I was only asking if she has an opening. Unfortunately, if her staff does potential patients this way, I can only imagine the kind of care she would receive..........
Dr. A came in, very friendly, very nice, I could tell right away she was very rushed. I told her about some things I have been dealing with and she gave me a generic answer and said she would refer me somewhere else. She rushed through the pap smear, she talked about me being young and how hormone therapy was out of the questions for my symptoms and did not allow me to talk about my symptoms.
