Best Doctor in the world. Completely listens and devotes all time needed to satisfy your needs. Extremely knowledgeable. Heals your body and soul. I trust her with my life. Her staff is always courteous and helpful.
I’m writing on behalf of my mother who is limited in the English language. She says this was the worse doctor she ever had. Constantly made her feel guilty for being smoker and not providing more than one option medicine to quit smoking which didn’t work out well. Yet the doctor wanted her to quit on her own without another option for medication. Worst experience with the clinic. Their staff did not verify the insurance and told me they take the insurance. I have provided all the information of insurance and did confirm when the clinic about the coverage. I was given the appointment over a month after and when I showed up for my appointment I was told that the insurance is not covered for my primary care visit. They surely don't confirm with the insurances. I wasted over a month time and now have to find another doctor and have to wait again.
Very disappointed with manner of communication with me regarding test results. She does not listen to my concerns.
I took my teenage daughter to Dr. Hansen to get a shot she needed for college. Dr. Hansen talked about politics and her personal beliefs. She is so unprofessional. My daughter and I couldn't wait to get away from her. Her staff is very unprofessional just like her. I couldn't believe she was talking to us like that. Dr. Mark Hooker is a very good doctor but if you go to see him you have to deal with the same staff Dr. Hansen grooms. She shouldn't be a doctor.
Listens, explains and gives options in medical AND lay terms, does not try to hurry me out of the office and finds solutions or refers me to someone who is a specialist in that area. 6 stars out of 5!

Absolutely love Dr. Toni! She has been an amazing geriatric physician for my parents and inlaws over these past several years.
She is very careful to help patients the best to make sure everything is in proper condition
