Not sure what has changed here but the shelves are now stocked and there has been a big improvement in the past few months. When I needed help finding something an employee named Jared took extra time to help me find what I needed. It’s nice to see customer service is not dead here.
Whatever has happened In The last couple of days/weeks is a much needed improvement!! I almost quit going to this store. It was dirty and the shelves were not stocked. Now the employees are much more friendly and the shelves are clean and stocked! I was told there is a new manager, Jared. Hats off to you!! You are making a difference!!
I love Ollies and any other day this would have been 5 stars. But sorry I was not impressed with the cashier I had today. He didn't even attempt to put my last 2 bags or 2 rugs in my cart. Too busy looking at his cell phone. I know I'm not at Macys. But this is just basic customer service. And sorry .... an employee shouldn't be checking out their cell phone.

Nice store with lot's of bargains. Great place to shop I happened into the store today....and all I can say is WOW!. It looked like the employees worked their collective backsides off cleaning and arranging merchandise. The floors looked great too. The sad part was when I saw customers putting items down where they didn't belong, or making a mess in domestics looking for stuff. I just wanted to let management know (if the ever look here) that the store was looking really nice today
