Be ware, please. One of the receptionists is talk down to you like an adult child if you call a lot about maintenance problems. She targeted our apartment and was very rude to us over the phone and wouldn't send maintenance requests through. There was mold growing everywhere in the apartment, including my Chapstick caps. They told us multiple times they would send an inspector over before they actually did. They really do not care about the residence. Olivieri Management is not getting the credit they deserve in this review section. As a tenant in someone's home, communication with your landlord is key. I lived in an Olivieri home for a full year and used to complain with my roommates about various issues until I actually walked into their office and talked to them. The Olivieri staff was able to work with me on all our issues and come to quick resolutions without ever charging me an extra dollar! It has been 20 days since I've submitted a work order as yet I have heard from you not once. No calls emails house visits etc. it would be great if you coup take care of your tennants in a timly manner. Please address this issue.
