We moved to the area in January and if it were not for Jackie, we would still be looking for a place. Jackie is an amazing person who went out of her way to make us feel welcome to the area and gave us ideas on where to go out to eat and different things to do. If you ever need a place to rent make sure you call Olivieri's and ask for Jackie! She will find you just the right place! Thank you Jackie for everything!

My biggest problem with living here is their wifi connection. They have everyone in my complex on the same wifi. Which is completely unreasonable considering we are all students who constantly need to use the Internet for school. I have to call them on almost a weekly basis and ask to have the wifi fixed.
Tashari was amazing today and she helped me out so much by explaining some things to me when I had questions.
I suggest looking for a different leasing company. My roommates and I used to live with United Apartments and they were much more professional and understanding to student living situations.
Nice apt (Oakridge), not new, but not old. A/C and heat can be loud, but it's fine. I like that it's only a few apartments per building, that way it doesn't feel like a dorm. We can only hear neighbors through the wall if they're being obnoxiously loud. Management has always been really nice to us, and they're super quick about responding to maintenance issues. I just wish cable/Wi-Fi weren't included in the rent though (we don't use cable).
