I enjoyed my time renting with Olivieri. Jackie in the office is amazing! She is so patient, kind, understanding and willing to answer your questions and help with your concerns. She takes the time to learn your name and doesn’t treat you like just another tenant. The maintenance team was always respectful and let me know in advance when they were coming. Olivieri is an amazing place to work with when renting an apartment they are so friendly. When my loan took longer than expected they were ok with me paying my rent later.
They are all very polite to work with, I love the units they have as well, extremely nice!!
My husband and I rented from Olivieri this last year-a GREAT experience!! I have rented over 20 places over the years and I have to say that renting from this company, specifically having agent Jackie as our contact is what made the transition so smooth and easy in comparison to having rented anywhere else. Extremely professional and caring like a family member, leads me to recommend her specifically and this company!!! The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating! I live in one of their newer apartments and I love it! Best place I have lived in Mount Pleasant and for the best rate. I definitely hope to resign! 5 stars!
Jackie was amazing, worked very hard on finding us the best spot at the last minute! Rates are great and amenities match needs wonderfully! If you need a place check them out!
