Got a phone appt for 11am. After having to take daughter out of school and arriving to our scheduled appt 10 min early we are told that appt was at 10:30. Receptionist word against ours. All my daughter was getting done was impressions for new ear molds that wouldn't take long. Yet they tried to reschedule me in about a month or so (knowing my daughter was unaided). Been coming here for years without issues but this time they didn't seem to care that they lost a patient. Sad to see the look in my daughters eyes!!!
No less than Awesome!! Without hesitation I refer all my patients with hearing problems there.
