I took my 7yr old daughter for a second opinion before her surgery, and she felt so comfortable with Dr. Charles when taking all the tests. The clinic has always been extremely professional and helpful. My visits have always left me feeling more informed and better suited to perform my day-to-day tasks and/or extra curricular activities with ear protection in mind.
My husband and I brought our 16 month old son to see Dr. Oliveira for a hearing test. The whole experience from the receptionist, to the wait, and to the actual consultation was a positive one! She was very thorough with our son's hearing examination and patient when he cried while she was checking his ears. She also took the time to explain what she was doing and went over the results with us, making sure to answer our questions and address our concerns. I highly recommend her!
