I watched the value of the Olive Trees plummet as the president of the board of directors and the property management company lined their pockets at the owners expense. The Olive Trees went from 20% rental to 70% . Not a place I can live at any longer. I don't feel safe. ***If you are wondering....Alma Property Managment is the same company as Real Property Management. I lived here for 3 years and recently moved out. My experience was honestly a mix of good and bad, so I’d give it a solid 3 stars. Let’s start with the positives—the location is truly great. It’s close to everything you might need, and the surrounding area and schools are fantastic. I also grew attached to the place over time and made a lot of memories here, which gives it a special place in my heart. Hello, I have been an owner of one of the units here since Nov 2023. I leased the unit soon after and just recently I had faced an issue where a leak from my unit ended up spoiling the drywall of another unit. I can assure anyone that if this was any other community then I would have definitely faced challenges in getting through with the claim process from the insurance.
