I lived in these apartments for more than 5 years. All the neighbors are older people, very tidy, quiet, and respectful — everyone around is calm and well-mannered. They have a playground and a pool. I recommend this place! For the management, I would suggest investing more into fixing the tennis court properly, because the space is currently unused. Everything else is not bad.

I watched the value of the Olive Trees plummet as the president of the board of directors and the property management company lined their pockets at the owners expense. The Olive Trees went from 20% rental to 70% . Not a place I can live at any longer. I don't feel safe. ***If you are wondering....Alma Property Managment is the same company as Real Property Management. I lived here for 3 years and recently moved out. My experience was honestly a mix of good and bad, so I’d give it a solid 3 stars. Let’s start with the positives—the location is truly great. It’s close to everything you might need, and the surrounding area and schools are fantastic.
