Food was great but someone should tell the servers to smile. Every server looked miserable. No offer to refill drinks. Kinda felt like we were an inconvenience

This was my 2nd time ever going to Olga’s and it was for the 2nd time the best! The atmosphere was nice, my waiter was tentative, and service was great! I will be back next time my family and I go to the mall and need to eat.

My husband and I came for dinner and while he was eating his bread pudding he hurt his tooth on a piece of the plate that was broken inside the bread pudding. It took the manager Chris almost 10 mins to come to the table to address the issue because he was supposedly helping kitchen staff. He came over with excuses as to how and what they cook the bread pudding in. Once he finish with that explanation he offered to fill out an accident report. As I was heading to Olga's to use my Groupon, I realized that it expired last week. I called and spoke with the Manager for an exception to the rule so I could take my wife to lunch. He told me no. Poor Customer Service!
