My wife and I are extremely pleased with our continued experience with Ole South. Its hard to believe it has been almost two years since moving into our new home. We would highly recommend, and we have, Ole South to anyone that would like a beautiful home, great neighborhood and a quality product built by incredibly talented people. They do what they promise, on time and have responded to any of our concerns. From Glen at our first visit to the model home, to Ben, Shane and Travis, I can't thank enough!

During current construction of townhomes located near my townhome I noticed several large cracks in my sheetrock. Travis V****** and Ben B**** came and inspected and determined Ole South would do the right thing and make repairs. Being a single woman this was so important for me not knowing what steps to take. As time went on my home also settled. The cost to make all these repairs was large and Ole South had contractors make all repairs at no cost to me. We have bought two houses with Ole South and could not be more happy with the entire process. They make it very easy from start to finish. I want to say that this company has been very professional in all aspects of the business: from repairs to documents needing to be signed and more. The customer care representative Mr Earl is amazing!!!! He responded quickly to all emails text etc. He also follows up on all repairs insuring that the company's or personnel has shown up and or scheduled the appointment. Great Guy very reliable and made my life easier!

As a first time home buyer, Ole South made this process very easy on me. The house is nothing but quality. The selections to choose from are high-quality products. They made sure everything was satisfactory the day that I moved in and I have not had any problems. Even if I did have a problem they are easy to get a hold of and fast to help. If you're looking for a builder who cares about the customer, Ole South is the way to go.

After hearing a lot of good things my family and I had high expectations and hopes for a house built by ole South, but after moving and dealing with them they leave a lot to be desired. Quality and pride in there work is not something that is present in the homes they build. They talk a good talk, and promise a lot, but don't follow through with their word, and do what they can to get out of doing a quality job. They nickel and dime the homes like crazy. Every time I have called Casey, he has returned my calls and even come by to actually check it out and taken the time to explain the situation.
