Ole South builds overall low quality homes using the cheapest materials in the process and displays poor poor judgement in their home site locations within the property. In addition to a long list of issues, that all fall out of warranty range, my home sits right up against a massive and steep culvert that was created by their poor planning and judgement. This home was purchased mid-way through construction during the sheetrock phase in 2017. The drainage ditch was already established when the homebuyer made the decision to purchase. Every community is engineered with a stormwater plan prior to development of the lots. The owner was aware of the drainage swell prior to purchasing. My wife and I purchased an Ole South home, our first home, in Murfreesboro TN in 2016. During our first year we had an issue with water seeping under our back door and causing damage to our hardwood floors in our kitchen. We reached out to ole south about the issue and they followed up with us within 24 hours and had their claims guy Casey come to evaluate the issue within the following week. Although, we've had a number of issues with the build, I cannot say enough good about Casey S*******. Casey is not only responsive and quick to resolve issues, he really cares. He has truly been a bright light through the various challenges. Casey represents the Ole South brand exceptionally. My rating of 10, is purely because of Casey. I hope upper management recognizes his diligence and integrity.

Casey is Amazing!!! Every time something needed to be fixed, he came Johnny on the spot!! If he was baffled about something, he asked and brought help to identify the problem. He goes above and beyond. Peter is pretty amazing also and knowledgeable.
