My family loves our Old South home! The experience building with them was seemless. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family looking for a new home!

Ole South was very easy to work with. There were multiple floor plans to choose from and I am in a very nice neighborhood. I have been in my home almost 4 years now and have had no problems.

Ole South is always professional and prompt with services. Their team members are attentive as well as conscientious. Pleasure to deal with.
I build and closed on my house January 2022. Since then I've had a few problems that have been quickly fixed and addressed without any argument. It's nice to be able to call and not have some rude person on the other end of the phone. We absolutely love our home and can't wait to spend many years to come in it!

Ole South has done a exceptional job with helping me whenever needed. I built and purchased my home in 4/2014. My compressor went out in my unit 12/2020 and Ole South had it repaired at NO COST to me. They also reimbursed me on the overage of my light bill and diagnostic fee I paid. Mr. Travis V****** was a tremendous help. His customer service and professionalism is impeccable. I cannot thank Ole South enough. Hadn't they stepped in I would have been out of a lot money.
Old South has been very good work with and Steve W*** has been a lot of help.
