The dr is brusk and shows no sympathy towards the kids when they are hurting. She talks loudly about the patients negative medical conditions. Multiple kids with parents in one room together. So medical anonymity is not a thing. My daughter had to get a tooth extracted and the Dr spoke to her so demeaning. Then she physically held her down while raising her voice at my daughter to pull the tooth while my daughter was screaming in pain. Mind you… this is in front of other parents and kids. Terrible service and the absolute worst dentist I've ever been to. What kind of place hurts an innocent child? My daughter was scheduled to have a tooth fixed and well the dentist comes in with an attitude. Tells me how it's going to be and what she's going to do to my child's mouth continues to give my child gas and a shot to numb her and then walks away and does nothing. Dr. Joey and staff are amazing!! We are currently in Meadville displaced by Hurricane Ida. My 7 year old woke up with a toothache so I googled pediatric dentistry and went off of reviews. They took us in same day and were very sweet and caring. My son had a cavity in which the tooth needed extracting. He was a little nervous but they made sure he was very comfortable and they kept him calm. I live about 3 hours away where our home was damaged by IDA.
