RecommendedVery friendly. They do a great job and this is our second time using their service. The carpet has stayed looking great and the couch looks great already. The smell is gone! I also love that they can text you and make an appointment because that makes life so much easier.
I have nothing but great things to say about Old Towne ChemDry. I have used them several times and they always do a phenomenal job. Called on Wednesday, Brian came on Friday and by noon my carpets were clean. Easy to work with and I wouldn't call anyone else.
They were on time and very thorough. Jesse was very friendly and explained all the services available. My carpets look so much better after cleaning. Would definitely recommend!!!!!
Jesse came to clean odor stain and the result was great a definite improvement and they have clean other stains in the past I would definitely recommend in the future
