I couldn't be happier with their customer service - from working with Nina to schedule my appointment to Brian coming out and walking me through every step of the process. We won three rooms of carpet cleaning at a charity Trivia Night and our carpet was cleaned today. Ryan was our cleaning profession and my husband and I were impressed with process and the result. We selected an appointment within a 10 am to noon arrival time. Ryan called us at 10:30am to tell us he would arrive in 30 minutes. He was at our home by 11am. This was our first time using Old Towne and we are very impressed. Brian is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our carpets look great. We had them sanitized, cleaned and protected for a pretty decent price. We will definitely use Old Towne Chem Dry again.
