Spent about 3 hours looking over my 1800 square foot house (which I've been told is a good amount); was very thorough; was more than happy to answer questions and show me things during the inspection, as well as answering questions and getting me quotes afterwards. We were very reliant on Joe's house inspection since we do not reside in the area. He produced an impressive detailed report on both the house and casita. He was also available to review the report with us and answer questions over the phone. Since the inspection I have emailed him two additional questions. He has responded within 12 hours. We would absolutely, without reservation, recommend Joe.
I have used Joe's services twice and will in the future. Both times I found him thorough and his insight invaluable. His reports are detailed in both pictures and written explanation, very detailed and professional. The report is provided almost immediately.
