Joe did an amazing job inspecting a house in the Green Valley. The report was detailed, comprehensive, and he was available to go over the report and answer questions. I would highly recommend Old Pueblo Home Inspection LLC.

Spent about 3 hours looking over my 1800 square foot house (which I've been told is a good amount); was very thorough; was more than happy to answer questions and show me things during the inspection, as well as answering questions and getting me quotes afterwards. While I've always seen reviews as the main way of choosing a home inspector (not price), with Joe I believe I got the best of both worlds. I've gathered it's a locally owned business too, rather than a chain; especially now with Covid killing off small businesses, I'm glad to give my money to something local. Will definitely be going to Joe if/when I buy again.

We were very reliant on Joe's house inspection since we do not reside in the area. He produced an impressive detailed report on both the house and casita. He was also available to review the report with us and answer questions over the phone. Since the inspection I have emailed him two additional questions. He has responded within 12 hours. We would absolutely, without reservation, recommend Joe.

I have used Joe's services twice and will in the future. Both times I found him thorough and his insight invaluable. His reports are detailed in both pictures and written explanation, very detailed and professional. The report is provided almost immediately. Joe does allow the client to shadow him or have a follow up phone call for any further conversation, most effective after the report was reviewed. He tries to accommodate time-sensitive requests. He is very forthcoming and communicative. Joe conducted a home inspection when I contemplated selling a home. He was very insightful in evaluating my home for interest in the investment and identified everything needed to place it on the market and set the selling price and I felt prepared for negotiations with a future buyer. Joe also did a home inspection on a property I purchased. Of course it was required, but I trusted him to evaluate the home as the sale progressed. I will refer others to Old Pueblo Home Inspection and use again myself.
