I must say I am dissapointed. My wife and I came into Old Pueblo on the 10th looking for a used Street Glide or Ultra Classic. Your salesman made minimal effort to help us, and we did not feel welcome at all. We ended up going to CSA (22/Swan) where we purchased a 2015 Ultra Classic Low. I bought my first Harley ('97 Roadking) from the old 22nd steet store and picked it up over a year later at the then new, Grant road store (back then you had to wait for your ride). Service department doesn't know how to manage their time picked up our bikes last Friday understand it's a holiday July 4th Wednesday closed Sunday Monday and still have to wait till Friday to get our trike back
Very clean and the staff were all very nice
Just wanted to say thank you. Thank you GT, for making our 1st HD experience Pleasant and pain-free. Thanks to Matt for explaining the financial part of the purchased clearly and answering all our questions. And thank you to Brandy for being so pleasant her customer service was excellent. My husband Curtis and I love visiting Old Pueblo H-D. You have an outstanding staff (our Old Pueblo Family) Brandi, Megan, Chris, Matt, Jason, Danny, Hank, GT, Paul, Brad, Jay, Ruth, Jen, and Mike when he's down from Tucson Harley, and a few other guys in the shop area.
