I cannot say enough good things about the dental care I have received at Old Orchard Smiles. Everyone, from the front desk manager, to the dental hygienist, to Dr. Wolf herself, work well together to provide the best possible dental care to each individual patient.
When going to a new doctor there is always some anxiety mainly because of the unknown. Within minutes of my arrival that anxiety was put to rest. Everyone was very professional yet friendly. The exam was very thorough but not rushed. All my questions were answered. I left the office feeling relieved and very upbeat.
I assume you know I referred my wife Karen Clarke who has an up and coming appt. I was very impressed by your office staff Linda and Suzanne. They were both warm and professional. I also was impressed by Dr. Wolf trying to figure out my sensitive tooth issue, which by the way hasn't bothered me at all, maybe the light dremeling did it!!!!! Congratulations to you Dr. Wolf for putting together such a good team.
This is the absolute best dental practice I’ve ever been to. The staff is exceptional. They make you feel at home once you walk in the door. Dr. Wolf is very detailed and makes sure you understand everything before leaving. The dental hygienists are very kind and they try to make you as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new practice.
The staff at Old Orchard smiles is wonderful. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and always trying to improve their practice. They also provide a great patient experience with personal care. I could not recommend them enough.
I picked Dr. Wolf randomly when my former dentist retired and I'm quite pleased with my random choice. Dr. Wolf is very thorough and explains everything. Really everyone in the office is very friendly and competent.
Office is well staffed and run efficiently...dental hygienist is very good and personable. Dr. Wolf is a good dentist, very thorough. I spend more time with dental hygienist as I have good teeth and gums, so the doctor just breezes through to take a look.
My recent visit for teeth cleaning was exactly what I expected after the first visit a few months ago. I did hesitate but went ahead and went back for the second time. During my first visit with Kristie - sorry if I didn't get her name right - she stabbed my gums with one of those sharp instruments. Obviously it was an accident, but no hygienist had ever done that since I was kid. I knew she felt bad afterwards, but still... I hesitated but thought I should give her a chance. Dr.Wolf and staff are unusually helpful in making every visit as stressless and enjoyable as any dental encounter can possibly be.I admire the professional atmosphere that is maintained.
