My daughter, granddaughter and I went to Old Navy in the Wilton mall on July 4th. It was, of course, a busy shopping day, but the staff was so courteous and helpful, both with an exchange and finding things that we needed. My sincerest thanks to Sami, Katelyn and Kaylee for making it such a great shopping experience!!
I have to give major kudos to Mary and Lisa who were working last night and provided one of the best shopping experiences that I can recall in recent time! Having worked in retail for years, I have admittedly high standards and often leave stores disappointed. Mary and Lisa were friendly, welcoming, and helpful without being overbearing. They made sure that I was taken care of on the sales floor, in the fitting room, and at the checkout.
