There should be more than ONE teller to take of the teller windows AND the drive thru banking. Waiting in line inside while she takes care of the drive thru. And it’s just as bad in the lines outside! The bank is there to serve US. Instead of walking around they should be taking care of the customers FIRST. Then move on to the daily activities. There is not enough help to take care of the people needing it. Disorganized and unfriendly with no real regard for people waiting for help. Terrible banking environment.

We have old national all the documents requested about income and pay stubs tax returns for 2 years they gave us a pre-approval we put an offer in it was accepted and we got the home inspection paid and put money down and they came back 2 weeks before closing and said our income was not sufficient HORRIBLE BANK stay away
Horrible bank with completely inept employees. I needed to get an auto lien released so I could transfer my car. I attempted to first call customer service. The automated system told me multiple times that my birth date, SSN, and zip code were incorrect. I was finally accidentally connected to a human who refused to help me and told me I didn’t exist in the computer. Talked to two different people and neither one knew what a lien release was. The absolute worst. Automated system doesn't recognize me. I have to press zero like 5x to get a live person. 1st Midwest Bank was so much better. I'm leaving asap.
Made 17 calls to sandy and David at the ***** **** il branch about a account that was closed with a 600plus balance couldn’t get a answer why when my retirement check gets deposited in that account every month..they kept blaming other departments and when I asked sandy and David to look into it they told me it’s my responsibility to make calls and find out ..they didn’t try to help in the situation .poor customer service..
received my statement and noticed a 500 dollar withdrawal that i didn't make . called the number online for that branch 10 times and no answer except computer. so i had tt call another state to get a person...he said an error was made and they would replace the money...the next day i had to drive to the bank to make sure if the money was replaced and it was. but would it if i hadn't called ??? dont they check this before they send out statements ???
This bank is horrible. They made me drive all the way in to the physical location and then didn’t allow me to open an account because I’m a resident of one of the 44 states they are not in. Geographical discrimination is unfair and should be illegal.
This bank has terrible customer service and many representatives do not know what they are doing. They will mislead you and then you are left carrying the buck. I had to leave a star and if I could, I would have left it blank. Trying to bank in a more customer-friendly bank.
I have a credit score of 803. I went to open up a money market account at an interest rate of 4.25 % with minimum of 200000. I went to evergreen park location they denied me from opening the account. They ask me why I chose a branch away from my home. They actually profiled me and I had all my creditenls. Never in my life have I experienced this
