We'd like to thank you for checking out the Old Millstream Inn Restaurant and Beer Garden. We have been in operation as a restaurant & bar for well over 25 years (though it's not polite to ask one's age). However, we were shut down from August 2006- 2008 due to a massive fire. Great Beer from around the world. Awesome patio. Friendly staff. Great food. Highly recommend.
Had dinner here on a Sunday. Food was excellent, beer selection was amazing, and prices were reasonable. Will definitely return next time we are in town.
Unique atmosphere that can't be found on Main St or in St Louis. Huge beer selection. Awesome patio!
